In 2007, Rich Samit and Bruce Winston used their relationships, through Fraser Forbes Real Estate Services, with the major developers and builders in Maryland to begin the acquisition of Front Foot Benefits (FFBs).
The clients were consulted about the possibility of acquiring FFBs as principals while still providing services to those clients through Fraser Forbes.
The strong relationships formed by Fraser Forbes create the opportunity for S&W's Business. Sellers are not always driven by purchase price and do not hold out for the last nickel. Because of our relationships, S&W is able to acquire the FFBs at a price that is often below market.
The S&W team members are the subject matter experts in the Front Foot Benefit space.
S&W is part of an exclusive association to explore best practices and address the industry's challenges. This effort is being spearheaded by the Maryland Builders Association.
S&W utilizes lobbyists in the core centers in which we own FFBs to analyze and track the legislative trends in the FFB space in order to maximize the security of our investments.
